For the fifth year, Bloodstock Open Air Metal Festival returns to the picturesque location of Walton on Trent in Derbyshire to showcase three more days of unadulterated heavy rock and metal.
This year's line up so far features Saxon, Europe, Cradle of Filth, Blind Guardian, Fear Factory, Equilibrium, Arch Enemy, Carcass, Celesty, Amon Amarth, Battlelore, Candlemass, Kreator, Satyricon, Apocalyptica, Million Dollar Reload, Turisas, The Haunted, Katatonia, Girlschool, Beholder, Wintersun, Die Apokalyptischen Reiter, Municipal Waste, Enslaved, Gwar, Moonspell, Pythia and Sabaton. With a taste for the best metal and heavy rock acts from these shores and the rest of Europe, Bloodstock can expect some 10,000 head bangers from across the UK and abroad.
Bloodstock boasts over 70 bands across three stages, an international metal market, the infamous late night metal karaoke, fair ground rides, bars, weekend camping, the signing tent to meet and greet your favourite bands and of course the most electric atmosphere on the festival circuit.
