The phenomenally talented Van Morrison is well known for his throaty fusion of jazz, blues, soul and Celtic folk.
The musical legend will be playing at Audley End House in Essex on Saturday 2nd August and at Kenwood House in London on Saturday 16th August as part of the 2008 English Heritage Picnic Concert Series. The concerts take place throughout June, July and August in the idyllic grounds of some of England’s finest stately homes.
The live concerts will feature a variety of instruments, including the guitar, harmonica, keyboards and saxophone and Van Morrison will be performing a varied mix of new tracks and golden oldies from his distinguished career including favourites such as Brown Eyed Girl, Have I Told You Lately and Days Like These.
