When wealthy New York art dealers Ouisa and Flan Kittredge let an injured young man into their home in the middle of the night, they open the door on a new and enticing world. Claiming to be the son of Sidney Poitier and a college friend of one of their children, Paul is a charming, witty and persuasive hustler who is not what he seems. As his deception begins to unravel, the Kittredges' begin to re-evaluate their lives.
Based on a true story, Six Degrees of Separation is an adrenalin-fuelled, sharply observed take on two worlds colliding, scratching beneath the surface of a world obsessed with money and fame.
