Overview

American actor Matthew Fox makes his West End debut alongside acclaimed British actress Olivia Williams in the world premiere of Neil LaBute's psychological thriller, In A Forest, Dark And Deep.

Running for a strictly limited twelve week season, this dark comedy examines family dysfunction and deep-seated sibling rivalry between a virtually estranged brother and sister.

On a dark and stormy evening in the midwest, Jobbing carpenter Bobby is helping his sister Betty, a college dean and academic, to clear her isolated lakeside holiday cabin, shifting piles of books and belongings hurriedly left behind by a former tenant. As old tensions and jealousy rise to the surface, the siblings bicker and quarrel and when Bobby accidentally discovers an incriminating picture of Betty with the tenant, a cobweb of lies and deceit slowly starts to unravel.
