Overview
For the first time in West End history, an entire original Broadway cast transfers to the London stage. The company of the Tony Award-winning revival of tribal rock musical Hair will appear in the British production which opens in April.
The year is 1967, and the Vietnam War is at its height. In New York City, a group of free-spirited bohemians advocate a lifestyle of pacifism and free-love and rally against the establishment, protesting intolerance, brutality and the dehumanization of society. When tribe member Claude gets drafted, he must decide whether to resist as his friends have done, or to compromise his principles and risk his life by serving his country.
A celebration of life, love and freedom, and a passionate cry for hope and change, Hair depicts the birth of a cultural movement in the 60's and 70's that changed America forever and features some of the greatest songs ever written for the stage, including Let The Sun Shine In, Good Morning Starshine, I Got Life, Hair and Aquarius.

Access
Wheelchair access to the auditorium is through the third side exit door on Rupert Street.
Infrared headsets for the hearing impaired are available from the foyer. The best reception is at the front of all parts of the house.
Guide dogs are permitted inside the auditorium. Alternatively, staff are happy to dog-sit for 2 guide dogs per performance.
