These semi-fast track tickets to the London Eye save you time on your visit to London. Simply arrive 30 minutes before your chosen boarding time, exchange your vouchers for your boarding tickets and join the queue for boarding. Fast track tickets are also available which allow you to arrive 15 minutes before your chosen boarding time, present your vouchers at the fast track check-in desk and board ahead of the standard flight queue.

Access
The London Eye has full disabled access. Due to safety restrictions, only two wheelchairs per capsule and up to eight wheelchairs are allowed on the London Eye at the same time.

All paying disabled guests are entitled to bring a carer free of charge.

Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.
