Don Giovanni Tickets
Marc Minkowski conducts a world-class cast in The Royal Opera House's production of Mozart’s fiery and flamboyant tragicomic opera Don Giovanni.
Enter a dangerously unpredictable, drug-fuelled world, where everyone lives on the edge of violence, looking for their next high and desperately trying to stay alive. Pursued by his victims and their outraged relatives, charismatic and impulsive nobleman Don Giovanni is a serial seducer who lies and cheats his way through life, intent on yet further sexual conquests. But he faces his final retribution as he unleashes a dark power beyond his control when the ghost of a man he murdered appears at a lavish dinner and drags him unrepentant into hell.
With beautiful arias, disarming duets and dramatic ensembles, Kasper Holten’s production teems with energy in this tragic tale of sin, seduction and revenge.
Please note that some scenes in this production are of a sexually explicit and violent nature and may not be suitable for children.
This production is sung in Italian with English surtitles.
