Game of Thrones star Kit Harington and musician Johnny Flynn star as warring brothers Austin and Lee in the West End premiere of Pulitzer Prize-winner Sam Shepard’s scaldingly funny, contemporary masterpiece, True West. Directed by Matthew Dunster, the explosive production will play a strictly limited twelve week season at the Vaudeville Theatre from November.

Hollywood screenwriter Austin is working on a movie script that he has sold to producer Saul Kimmer when his estranged older brother Lee stumbles back in to his life after five years. Never content to watch from the sidelines dissolute Lee pitches his own idea to Kimmer, an action which has far reaching consequences...

Set in their mother's west-coast home in the searing heat of the Southern Californian desert, this critically acclaimed drama explores identity and family ties and pits brother against brother as sibing rivalry tears a family apart, exposing the fragile cracks in the American Dream.
