Overview

Another number one bestselling heartfelt but hilarious hoot of an adventure by comedian and author David Walliams is adapted for the stage. From the award-winning producers of Gangsta Granny, Walliams' seventh children's book Awful Auntie receives its world premiere at the Bloomsbury Theatre this December.

After the tragic death of her parents Lord and Lady Saxby in a car accident, the sole heir to the Saxby estate Stella awakes from a coma to find herself in the care of her Aunt Alberta in London. But rather than helping Stella, Alberta has a cunning plan to trick Stella out of her inheritance and she will stop at nothing to get it. Stella soon discovers she’s in for the fight of her life, but luckily she has a secret - and slightly spooky - weapon up her sleeve…

Don't miss this amazing tale of frights, fights and friendship, featuring a giant Bavarian owl named Wagner, a ghostly chimney sweep called Soot, a barmy butler and a thoroughly awful Auntie!
