Major Cast Changes for The Phantom of the Opera

Major cast changes are afoot in the smash hit Andrew Lloyd Webber musical The Phantom of the Opera. John Owen-Jones and Katie Hall are both leaving the production at Her Majesty’s Theatre to prepare for their roles in the spectacular new show premiering at the Theatre Royal Plymouth in March 2012, prior to its national tour.

Earl Carpenter will return to the role of The Phantom from December 2011 until Swedish recording artist Peter Jöback takes over from 19th March 2012. Katy Treharne will also join the cast as Christine for certain performances.

Sofia Escobar, Killian Donnelly, Wendy Ferguson, Barry James, Gareth Snook, Cheryl McAvoy, Jeremy Secomb and Anna Forbes will continue in their current roles.
