Following a run of sensational sell-out performances and a record breaking 7 Olivier Awards, the RSC's production of Matilda the Musical has extended its run until 17th February 2013.
It has also been announced that several casting changes will take place in the coming months. Hayley Flaherty and Steve Furst will take over as Miss Honey and Mr. Wormwood from mid April. Hayley Canham will also join the group of young performers who play Matilda from mid-August.
No replacement has yet been confirmed for Bertie Carvel who will continue to play Miss Trunchbull until his final performance on Sunday 1st July 2012.
