The Original London Sightseeing Tour Tickets
Founded over 60 years ago, the Original London Sightseeing Tour is the first and largest operator of its kind anywhere in the world. An essential introduction to the capital, you can see the very best of London with a perfect view from an open top double-decker bus. Tickets are open-dated rather than date specific and are valid for any single 24 hour duration. The 24 hour period starts when you join your first tour and includes:
- Live guides and digitally recorded multilingual commentary
- The unique Kids' Club channel for those under 16s plus free activity packs
- Free 24 hour Thames River Hopper Pass
- Three free walking tours
By providing a full hop-on, hop-off, service you can customise your own tour by hopping on and off the buses at over 80 stops on any of the three different tour routes.
The Original Tour (Yellow Route) should be the first choice for the English-speaking tourist. It takes you to the best of London's sights with an entertaining commentary presented by fully qualified guides.
The City Sightseeing Tour (Red Route) is highly recommended for overseas visitors and children. It covers the best of London's sights with an informative commentary in a choice of languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Russian) plus the special children's channel. Remember to pick up a Kids' Club pack when purchasing a child ticket.
The Museum Tour (Blue Route) operates in addition to the two main tour routes. Guests can enjoy the delights of London's top museum and shopping districts relayed through the superb digital commentary, including the special children's channel.
Remember that one ticket allows you to travel on all of these exciting tours and is valid for 24 hours (during operating hours).
The Original Tour and City Sightseeing Tour last approximately two hours and currently runs daily every 10-15 minutes between 9am and 5pm. All buses carry the distinctive "Original Tour" red and cream livery. To identify each of the different routes, every bus displays a coloured triangle at the front and side.
