Shirley Valentine Tickets

Following a sell out run at the Menier Chocolate Factory earlier this year, Meera Syal stars in Glen Walford's production of Shirley Valentine as it transfers to the West End.

Willy Russell's delightful comedy centres around Shirley, a frustrated, middle-aged Liverpudlian housewife who is stuck in a rut and feeling that life has passed her by. When her best friend Jane wins a holiday for two to Greece, Shirley uncharacteristically packs her bags without a second thought and heads for the sun.

After a chance encounter with the local Casanova, she rediscovers her zest for life and begins to see the world, and herself, in a very different light.
