Cameron Mackintosh presents his triumphant new staging of Lionel Bart’s masterpiece Oliver! at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Directed by Olivier award-winner Rupert Goold and based on Sam Mendes' acclaimed original 1994 staging, this production promises to be even more spectacular than ever before with choreography by Matthew Bourne and a cast and orchestra of over one hundred.
Based on the classic Victorian novel, the musical vividly brings to life Dickens’ timeless characters with its ever-popular story of the boy who asked for more. The sensational score is full of Lionel Bart’s irresistible songs including I'd Do Anything, Consider Yourself, Food Glorious Food, You've Got to Pick-a-Pocket or Two, Oom Pah Pah, As Long As He Needs Me and many more.
Starring Rowan Atkinson as Fagin, the roles of Nancy and Oliver are being decided by BBC reality TV show 'I’d Do Anything'.

Access Wheelchair access to the theatre is through the Fire Exit door on Russell Street which leads into the left of the stalls. There are 4 spaces for wheelchair users and transfer seating is available to aisle seats. Each wheelchair user must bring a non-disabled companion.
An infra-red system with 10 headsets is installed for the hard of hearing. Headsets are available from the duty manager in the main foyer. Guide dogs not allowed into the auditorium but theatre staff can look after them in an office.
