Access Wheelchair access to the auditorium is through a double exit door on Drury Lane into a corridor which leads to the right-hand side of the Dress Circle. There are two spaces for wheelchair users plus one companion in Box D but the doorway is too narrow for motorised wheelchairs. Transfer seating is also available. Wheelchairs are stored in the lobby and each wheelchair user must bring a non-disabled companion.
An infra-red system with five headsets and five neckloops for the hard of hearing is installed in the auditorium.
One guide dog per performance is allowed in Box D.
