Buying Online
You can book theatre and concert tickets online in real time with 1st 4 London Theatre Tickets.
You can find an event of by doing one of the following:
1. Click on the title of an event featured on our homepage
2. Use the search engine at the top of the page
3. Use the
ticket calendar to find events on a particular day
Then follow the booking process to buy your tickets securely, online using your credit card or switch card. |
Privacy Policy
When you book with us we will ask for your name, address, credit card details and telephone number and e-mail address. This allows us to
fulfill your ticket request and track your order and contact you regarding your booking.
No personal information provided by you will be used for marketing purposes unless you agree to the data protection statement when completing a booking.

Secure Payments
All your information entered onto our site is encrypted. Encryption is a method of scrambling messages so they cannot be read without decryption keys. Our
56-bit encryption system ensures that your personal and credit details remain secret. The length of the key used to encrypt messages is a good indication of the amount of effort needed to decrypt that message.

Steps to buying a ticket
- Select your event
- Select the date you would like to go
- Choose the number of tickets your require
- Choose your preferred ticket price and seating area
- Provide your postcode, name and address
- Provide your payment details
Confirmation will appear on screen and an email will be sent to you to confirm your booking.

As a general guide:
The Stalls are on ground level and are usually sloped seating.
The Dress Circle and the Royal Circle is the first balcony and the seating is tiered.
The Upper Circle is the second balcony and again is tiered seating.
The Balcony is usually the top balcony in the theatre.

Delivery of Event Tickets / Collection from Venue
If you choose to have tickets posted they will normally be delivered at least seven days before the event to the address supplied. Anything booked within 7 days of the performance will be available for collection
at the venue box office from an hour before the advertised start time.

Collecting your
tickets from the performance venue [ .. top ]

Orders from
outside the UK
Most of our tickets can be posted to addresses overseas. If you wish
to have tickets posted to an address outside of the UK please allow at
least 14 days for delivery. For tickets we are unable to post overseas,
such as those which must be sent by recorded delivery, you may still be
available to collect from the event venue on the day of the performance.
When you place an order you
will receive confirmation of your booking via email.
Collection from Venue
If you are ordering tickets from outside of the UK and have chosen to
collect your tickets from the
venue box office, these will be available on the day of the performance
or event from an hour before the performance is due to start.
You will need to bring the credit card that you order the tickets with as this acts as proof of purchase and the card number acts as the order reference.

What charges are included with the ticket price when I book with you?
All prices are inclusive of VAT, all bookings may incur an additional booking fee and a post and packaging charge. These charges are clearly laid out when you select the type of ticket you require.

Refunds
Can I exchange or get a refund on my tickets?
Because of the rules set down by the producers, promoters and venues that host our events, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for event tickets. Click

Cancellations
What happens if the event I am attending is cancelled?
We will attempt to contact you via 'phone or post depending on how far in advance the show has been cancelled. You will then have the option of a full refund or tickets for any new dates on offer.
